Returns, Refunds & Shipping Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Shipping Address
Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. LenaLoveNaturals ships only to the address provided at checkout. We are unable to make changes once an order has been processed.
If an incorrect address is entered by the customer, LenaLoveNaturals is not responsible for packages that are delayed, returned, or delivered to the wrong address.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
LenaLoveNaturals is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, damaged packages, or delivery issues that occur while your package is in the possession of the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, delayed, or marked as undeliverable, you must file a claim directly with USPS or the shipping carrier using your tracking information.
Lost or Stolen Packages
LenaLoveNaturals is not responsible for packages marked "Delivered" by USPS or the shipping carrier.
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check around your property and with household members or neighbors.
- Contact your local USPS office or shipping carrier.
- File a missing mail search or insurance claim with USPS, if applicable.
Unfortunately, orders that have been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
