All orders are handmade in small batches to ensure freshness and quality.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Method

We currently ship all orders through USPS.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery within the United States:
7–10 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times only. While we do our best to meet these estimates, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Delivery times may vary due to USPS operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been accepted by USPS, shipping and delivery are handled by the carrier. LenaLoveNaturals is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages in transit, or delivery exceptions caused by USPS.

If your package is delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact USPS and file a claim or missing mail request using your tracking number.

Delivered Packages

LenaLoveNaturals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked "Delivered" by USPS.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

• Check around your property and with household members or neighbors.
• Contact your local USPS office.
• File a Missing Mail Search or insurance claim with USPS, if applicable.

Orders marked "Delivered" by USPS are not eligible for refunds or replacement shipments.
